Shipping & Delivery Policy

The unboxing video is required. Without the Unboxing video, we can not help you with returns/refunds (! Most Important! )

We usually ship all orders within 2-3 days after receiving orders. Please wait 3 days before contacting us about your order’s shipping status. Your order will be delivered in 5-7 working days in major metropolitan areas and 5 to 12 days in other areas. Once we ship your order, you can track and monitor it online.

*We do not provide COD (cash on delivery)

  • 500g+, heavy-weight, and dimensional parcels will be shipped through Surface Mode ONLY and will arrive in 4-15 days.
  • You can view your Tracking Number and Order Invoice in the Order Section (https://www.stonystudio.in/my-account/orders/) of your “My Account” (https://www.stonystudio.in/my-account) webpage. 
  • If you have a package delay issue or need your parcel sooner, please contact the delivery partner from whom we shipped your order. Stony Studio ® is not a courier service; do not enquire or expect anything regarding your scheduled delivery time.

* Please do not rush or bother us by forcing shipments on Festival Days and Government Holidays. It is entirely dependent on our delivery partners. We have no control over it.

If we fail to deliver any of the items in your order, you can rest assured that the full amount charged for the item will be refunded. We promise to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and on the given time.

  • We currently deliver to the majority of Indian cities.
  • We usually ship items within two working days of receiving your order. However, in some instances, we may take up to 7 working days to ship the order because we need to obtain it from our distributors or due to extended public holidays.
  • If we are unable to ship your order within 7 business days of receiving the order, we will cancel any remaining items that have yet to be shipped and notify you via Whatsapp. In such situations, your payment for the unshipped portion of your order will be refunded to the exact same account – UPI Id, debit card, online banking or credit card or that you used to make the purchase.
  • We only ship through reputable courier companies to guarantee that your order arrives on time and in good condition.
  • While we will make every effort to ship all items in your order together, due to product categories or availability, this may not always be feasible.
  • If you find out that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, please deny the delivery and contact us immediately to inform us and provide your order transaction id. We will take every step to get you a replacement delivery as quickly as possible.
  • Please keep in mind that all items will be shipped with a declaration (which may be construed as an invoice) stating the price, in accordance with Indian Tax Regulations.
  • The order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
  • Because of Indian regulatory frameworks, all HEAVY WEIGHT items will be shipped by surface only, resulting in product delays. 

I’ve just placed my order, What next?  – Take a seat and relax. When your purchase will be confirmed, we will send you a WhatsApp message with your order ID and tracking information.

How can I track the status of my order?  – Tracking information will be sent to you through Whatsapp message, along with a link to check your order online or in your Order Section.

What is the estimated delivery time? – Check the AWB Number / Tracking Id provided to you. The expected delivery time is given on that page in business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. However, in exceptional situations, the actual delivery time may differ from the stated delivery time due to so many factors including:

  • Your delivery location
  • Or some unforeseeable occurrence

In any such cases, we take the responsibility of keeping you informed about the expected delivery time via E-mail or SMS.

I Have still not received my products. –  In unusual circumstances, your order may be delayed. Unexpected circumstances can include rough weather, natural disasters, or political snafus. In such cases, we will notify you through Whatsapp messages of the status of your product, as well as the expected delivery date. Keep an eye on your message inbox for any new updates.

There’s any hidden charge? – When you shop at stonystudio.in, there are no hidden charges. The price displayed on the product page is the exact amount that you will pay.

Which courier company will deliver my order? Can I select a preferred delivery partner for my order? – We have partnered with some of the most reputable and dependable logistics companies to guarantee the secure and timely delivery of your product. After we have shipped your order, we will send you a Whatsapp message with product and delivery partner information. Furthermore, we do not give our customers the option of selecting their own delivery partner. However, if such a service is initiated in the future, we will notify you. 

What should I do if my package is tempered or opened when it arrives? – We at stonystudio.in are passionate about offering you a pleasant shopping experience. However, there may be some issues with the product’s delivery. The following scenarios are possible:

  • If the package is opened.
  • If the product is broken or damaged.

If the parcel has been opened, kindly do not accept it and report the problem at stonystudio.in.

Make an Unboxing Video if you or a family member/neighbor/friend received the parcel (Very Important). Following that, if you discovered that the product had been tempered or damaged after opening the package. You must complete the following tasks:

  • Within 24 hours of receiving the product, contact customer support at stonystudio.in.
  • Send the unboxing video and images of the tempered/damaged product to stonystudio.in. Make sure the video and images are clearly visible.
  • We will respond immediately, and your problem will be resolved within 1-7 working days. (or within the shortest possible time frame) (or as soon as possible)

How do I find out if stonystudio.in delivers to my location or not? – We are presently delivering to PAN India. We always strive to extend our reach to the most remote areas so that we can serve our customers more efficiently. If you are unsure whether a specific item can be delivered to your location, you can contact WhatsApp Support, which is available Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm.

What if I was not available when the delivery person tried to get to my doorstep? Can I receive my product right away? – Generally, courier companies affiliated with us make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is not available for delivery on the first attempt, he or she may receive it a second time. If you are still unable to receive the delivery, your order will be placed on hold. In such cases, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email for a solution, and we will forward your inquiry to our delivery partner so that they can deliver to you as soon as possible.

What If My Order Is not Delivered? – If you did not receive your order, it is possible that there was an error with your address or phone number. If our Courier Partner is unable to locate your address or contact you, the RTO is initiated ( Return To Origin ). This RTO is chargeable, and the buyer will be charged for it. We are not responsible in any case.

Do you offer international deliveries? – Presently we are not delivering products internationally.
