Return Refund Cancellation Policy

The unboxing video is required. We won’t be able to help you with returns/refunds without the Unboxing video (! MOST IMPORTANT!)

  • If you received a defective or damaged product(s) and wish to return, replace, or refund it, simply submit us the Unboxing Video first.
  • We can also request additional short videos or photos (if necessary) to provide our customers with the best experience and trustable service.
  • Please keep all items received with the parcel/box until a resolution is received.

Essential Returning Circumstance – We cannot assist you if you did not pack it as well as we did and we received the product in damaged condition. We always make an unboxing video of each return received for the parcel for transparency.

Cancellation Policy

All of our valued customers have access to a simple cancellation process. Only before the product has been shipped can you cancel your order. Your entire order amount will be refunded. For more information, please see the Refund Policy.

No cancellations are allowed once the product has been shipped.

Please keep in mind that the entire order must be canceled.

We do not accept requests for partial order cancellation.

If your order has been shipped and you wish to cancel it due to ANY reason, you must pay the shipping cost + transaction fees of 4% + convenience fees of 15% of the order value.

Here is an example:-

You place an order of ₹ 1,000

– One way Delivery charges we paid – ₹ 50*

– RTO (return to origin) charges – ₹ 60*

– Transaction charges of 4% – ₹ 40*

– Convenience fees of 15% – ₹ 150*

1000-50-60-40-150=700

₹ 700* – Total Refundable amount

How do I request a cancellation? –
Cancellation requests can be made only before we ship your order. Once your order has been shipped, you won’t be able to cancel it.. If you want to cancel your order, consider contacting us via WhatsApp with your order id OR email address and request cancellation. ONLY valid cancellation reasons will be accepted. However, for this type of cancellation, you (the buyer) must bear the return charges (RTO). Once the order is returned to us, the courier company will bill us for the return charges, which will be deducted from the order value before we initiate the refund. We will issue you a refund in conformance with our Refund Policy. Please read it carefully.

My order was cancelled by stonystudio.in Why?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the order cancellation. These are some reasons for your order cancellation:

  • There was an error in pricing.
  • The product may be got damaged/broken while handling the product
  • Payment has not been received.
  • You attempted to place the same order repeatedly.
  • You provided a partial phone number or an address.

Return Policy

Returns and replacements are free only if the customer receives defective or damaged items

Return Statement: Kindly inform us via WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving your order. The return details (Order number or E-mail address, courier docket No or AWB No, and a valid Reason for Return) should be clearly stated.

Product returns will be accepted only if the product is damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. In such a particular instance, the buyer can either wait for the product to be re-shipped or replaced, or request a payment refund, which will be processed within 10 working days.

How do I make a replacement request? –

You can request a replacement within two days of delivery. To make a replacement request for any reason, simply contact us via WhatsApp support and include the details of your product. Once the replacement request is received, we will start the procedure and confirm that the replacement is completed as soon as possible. 

*Please make sure that the item is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and comes with a receipt or invoice. Please keep in mind that replacements will only be made after a thorough investigation of the reason for which you wish to replace the product.

What if I receive wrong product, will it get replaced?

We aim to provide complete customer satisfaction by providing accurately what they require. However, if you receive the incorrect product, you can undoubtedly request a replacement.

If I am dissatisfied with the product’s quality. Can I have replacement? –

This is not something that can be generalized. Because stonystudio.in primarily sells a variety of stones, it is expected that you will place your order after conducting extensive research. We don’t provide return service for every product because we provide video of your placed order after you place an order. Still, if you request a return or replacement because you are dissatisfied with the product’s quality, our quality team will cross-check with extensive quality inspection methods. If our team determines that your request is genuine and that a replacement is possible, it will be processed as soon as possible.

I asked for a replacement; when will I receive it? –

After you submit a replacement request, our team will evaluate to determine whether the product is able for replacement. The replacement procedure will start immediately after confirmation. We will notify you through Whatsapp message about this. The next anticipated delivery date will be included in the message. We strive to replace the product in the shortest amount of time possible.

Refund Policy

Refund requests will be accepted only if the product is damaged / defective / the incorrect product was shipped. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your refund request and authorization.

In the event of a refund, we will deduct 4% transaction fees from your total order value and refund the remaining amount to you.

If the problem is on our end, the 4% transaction fee will be waived, and you will receive the full amount.

We reserve the right to take/stop payments if you are refunded multiple times. For example, suppose you received a refund via the original payment mode as well as in your wallet. We will deduct the amount from your wallet. Your order will not be shipped if you used the purse amount. We will ask you to pay the difference if your order was shipped using a wallet amount. In the worst-case scenario, we will deduct such an amount from your account.

Your refund will be credited to the account used for order payment between 4 and 8 days after you initiate the refund. Please keep in mind that the actual account credit timing is determined by a number of external agencies, including banks and payment gateways.
